Areas of Expertise

Children

Through the use of creative therapies, children are able to explore and process any current issues including, family changes & breakdown, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and behavioural concerns.

Adolescent

Teenagers are in a constant state of change. Physiological and developmental changes, while typical for this stage of life, can bring about complicated emotions that teens and parents can struggle to understand. Through a mixture of talk and creative therapies, the counsellor can help navigate this process.

Individual

Trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life changes, eating disorders, and other struggles can occur to anyone at any stage of life. The Counselling environment provides a caring, confidential and collaborative relationship that enacts lasting change for individuals.

Couples & Family

The Counsellor provides a safe environment for couples and families to work through any issues currently impacting their relationships. Family breakdown, divorce, sexual issues, communication difficulties, changes to the family structures, trauma, grief and others are areas that can be brought to the counselling room.

Facilitation & Speaking Engagements

Blueprint Counselling is available for speaking engagements and group facilitation for schools, workplace and ministries. Workshops consist of Making Sense of Mental Health, Goal Setting for Teenagers and Young Adults, & parenting workshops for parents just beginning their journey, or navigating the teenage years.
